Attorney – Litigation

We are currently seeking a General Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years’ experience to join our team. Additional experience is also welcome. The attorney will work closely with other JDSA attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, administrative staff, clients, and other professionals as needed. Our general litigation practice includes representation in one or more of the following areas: Contract disputes Construction law Employment-related disputes Domestic relations Business and corporate transactions Real estate matters Trusts and estates disputes Personal injury Our litigation attorneys practice in the state and federal courts throughout Washington and Oregon. Job Requirements Successful candidates for this position will likely have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a law firm setting with general litigation experience. Strong academic transcript, including skills in legal research, writing, and oral argumentation, are preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. The anticipated salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, skills, and experience.
