Post Closing Paralegal

The Post Closing Paralegal is an essential part of quality control for Mavrides, Moyal, Packman & Sadkin LLP. Responsibilities: • Collect, prepare and diligently review all closing documents and packages • Prepare closing packages and statements • Review closed files and documents before being sent to lender • Communicate with departments to collect signatures, documents, etc. making sure the package is fully completed before being processed to ship Requirements: • Experience in a Residential Lending Department preferred • High School diploma or college degree required • Fluent in Loan Doc, UCC 1 and UCC 3 • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite • Must have excellent research and writing skills • Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing • Demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload • Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility • Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment If interested, send cover letter and resume to careers@mmps.com
