Hunton’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team seeks an associate with two to four years of experience in within one or more of executive compensation (equity plans, executive contracts, compensatory partnership interests, etc.), ESOP transactions and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and a desire to be part of a nationally recognized, collegial practice, working across all areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. This position is based in our Austin, Texas office, with in-office work expected a minimum of 4 days each week.
