Associate Attorney - Construction Defect

We are seeking a motivated attorney with at least 7 years of experience in construction defect law to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of managing their own caseload, and possess excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy. - Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision. - Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients. - Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress. - Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies. - Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.
