The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6+ years of substantive labor and employment experience at a general practice or boutique labor and employment firm. Wage and hour class action experience would be a plus. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. Competitive salary and benefits are offered with this position. Our attorneys have the flexibility to work a hybrid work schedule. In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $240,000 and $280,000.
