*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Defense Litigation Paralegal (Fort Lauderdale West – Plantation) The statewide defense firm of Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) is seeking two experienced Defense Litigation Paralegals to join its Fort Lauderdale West (Plantation) office. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of recent defense litigation experience, with a strong background in bodily injury, premises liability, and general liability matters. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, independent professional with substantial trial preparation experience and the ability to manage complex litigation tasks efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drafting and preparing discovery responses and objections Summarizing medical and other litigation-related records Preparing detailed medical chronologies Assisting with large-scale document productions Utilizing Adobe and ABBYY for electronic production and OCR-related tasks Accurately capturing time and billing in accordance with client guidelines Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of recent defense litigation paralegal experience Experience in BI, premises liability, and general liability required Strong trial preparation skills Certification through an accredited paralegal program, NALA certification, or Florida Registered Paralegal status required.
