1L Diversity Scholar Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Law students selected to be 1L Diversity Scholars will participate in the firm’s 10-week summer associate program. Our 1L Diversity Scholars are provided with meaningful work and responsibilities, offering a realistic experience of practicing law. You will work side-by-side with experienced attorneys in our various practice areas, while also gaining valuable insight into our firm operations, our client service, and our one-firm culture. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY: To be considered, you must: Be a first-year law student in good standing, pursuing a JD at an ABA-accredited law school Demonstrate a record of academic achievement, employment, and community service Have a sincere interest in and commitment to private practice Complete our online application (instructions below) Application Process: The 2L 2027 application period is now open.
