Job Description: The Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst is responsible for the analysis, development and delivery of successful communication and learning programs in support of Firm technology projects. Utilizing a variety of communication and training methodologies to ensure the best user experience and optimum adoption of new software and processes, the Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst helps guide the firm’s personnel through change. The Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst works under general supervision and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serves as change agent and advocate for end users in the delivery of IT business change initiatives Works closely with core team to learn and understand project requirements in depth, and acts as subject matter expert Composes IT communication and training campaigns, in support of IT projects and change initiatives Works within a highly refined project intake and management process to design and deliver Firm training programs in support of all IT projects, focused on delivering the best user experience Analyzes and reports on application configurations and settings to ensure optimum end user experience Conducts extensive product testing and delivers detailed feedback throughout entire project life cycle Creates and delivers training materials, outlines, visual aids, digital guides, eLearning videos, recorded sessions, and communications based on project needs and user feedback Analyzes and reports on application configurations and settings to ensure optimum end user experience Focuses on new and innovative
