About Us: We are a high-impact, plaintiffs-only law firm handling complex and high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Our firm has been court-appointed Plaintiff Co-Lead and Steering Committee members for the past 15 years. Our cases focus on personal injury litigation, and we are known for our aggressive but compassionate and strategic approach in the courtroom. Position Summary: This is not your typical Associate role. We’re looking for someone who wants to own parts of cases, think like a trial lawyer from day one, and be mentored by seasoned litigators who will give you real responsibility and litigation experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney looking to practice at the cutting edge of complex and mass tort litigation with a dynamic and collaborative team. Responsibilities Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and bellwether/trial preparation. Assist, and lead (depending on experience) in discovery efforts, including identifying key documents, assisting with and deposing witnesses, and preparing discovery responses. Assist with and conduct and defend depositions (fact and expert). Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive and evidentiary motions), discovery requests/responses, fact sheets, and other critical mass tort litigation documents. Work closely with expert witnesses – from vetting to preparation. Participate in trial preparation, including theme development, witness outlines, exhibits, and pretrial filings. Assist in courtroom trial work, depending on experience. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-level strategy and execution. Capacity to manage complex legal matters both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred, but all motivated candidates will be considered Active membership in a State Bar Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills A passion for trial work and a “find-a-way” mentality Comfortable taking initiative and owning parts of a case Exper
