Misselwood Seasonal Support Assistants: Wedding/Social & Operations Roles Rate of Pay: $18.50 / hour Location: Endicott College / Misselwood Events Start Dates: April 2026 (Varied by Track) Misselwood Events at Endicott College offers exciting opportunities to develop leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience. We are seeking professional, detail-oriented individuals to provide administrative and logistical support for our premier weddings, conferences, and social events. Our positions offer valuable experience that prepares you for a successful career after college. Choose Your Track We are hiring for two distinct tracks. Both roles act as the "face" of Misselwood and Endicott College, ensuring seamless operations and elite guest service. Track 1: Wedding & Event Support Duration: April 27, 2026 – October 14, 2026 Hospitality Hosting: Serve as the primary on-site contact for bridal parties and vendors; ensure the Misselwood house and rooms are presentable for clients. Wedding Operations: Assist Event Managers with ceremony set-up and breakdown, manage hospitality suites, and greet guests to provide direction. Parking Logistics: Meet and greet guests upon arrival and direct shuttles to correct parking areas. Track 2: Operations & Conference Support Duration: May 18, 2026 – August 16, 2026 Program Implementation: Manage group check-ins/outs, linen needs, and meeting room and residence hall preparations for overnight adult/youth conferences and corporate events. On-Call Support: Serve as a visible representative for groups while in residence day and evening on-call shifts (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM), conducting regular rounds through occupied residence halls 6pm - 11pm,. Logistical Hosting: Act as a parking attendant and campus host for external groups utilizing Endicott College facilities. (Valid US Driver’s License Required) Requirements & Expectations To succeed in either role, candidates must demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality. Availability: Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training for Track 1 begins April 6, 2026. Training for Track 2 begins April 20, 2026. Events begin the first weekend in May 2026. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; light to heavy lifting is required for various event tasks. Professionalism: Candidates must represent Misselwood and the College with a professional demeanor and appropriate attire for guest interactions. Core Skills: Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
