Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters, with a focus on real estate transactions and intellectual property rights. Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Advise clients on copyright and trademark issues, ensuring complete compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative legal strategies. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Georgia bar membership. Extensive experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and intellectual property (copyright and trademark). Established portable book of business. Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
