Tax Transactions Attorney

Applicants should have fifteen to twenty years of relevant law firm experience. The position involves advising on the tax treatment and consequences of M&A transactions; advising on the tax consequences of owning interests in corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities; assisting on structuring M&A transactions; and drafting and negotiating tax representations and assisting in general tax due diligence review.
