Civil Litigation Attorney

Cramer Multhauf LLP, a Waukesha AV-rated law firm, seeks a civil litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience, either in private practice or in a clerkship. Excellent academic background and communication skills are required. The candidate will be supporting litigation matters through legal research, preparation of pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents, attendance at hearings, mediations, depositions, and management of cases from initial intake to final resolution. A desire to try cases is necessary. Basic knowledge of federal and state court practice, experience preparing answers, discovery, and dispositive and other routine motions is required.
