The associate may be based in New York, NY; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Charlotte, NC; or Miami, FL. Candidates generally should have 2-7 years of strong employee benefits and executive compensation experience, particularly in connection with corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions involving private equity. The ideal candidate would have experience with executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and welfare benefits. Candidates should have strong writing skills, exhibit close attention to detail, and be hardworking. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered. This position may be filled in New York. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $235,000-$420,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
