Purpose Leads and manages municipal engineering projects, serving as a primary client liaison while ensuring high-quality technical delivery, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This role supports municipal clients through engineering design, program management, and public representation, while mentoring staff and contributing to business development. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Provide oversight and direction for municipal engineering projects, processes, and staff. Execute work under broad guidance from senior leadership, aligning with strategic objectives and policies. Manage project teams to ensure effective execution, quality assurance, and adherence to standards. Review staff work for technical accuracy and completeness. Mentor and develop junior staff, supporting the growth of future project managers. At the Operational and Company Level Coordinate across internal departments to meet project and client requirements. Provide engineering expertise to support multidisciplinary teams. Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead project team meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Support business development efforts, including marketing services and strengthening client partnerships. Do the Work Manage municipal engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. Support project planning activities, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and client coordination. Review job cost sheets and assist with billing and financial tracking. Serve as Township or Borough Engineer, representing municipal clients and overs
