Purpose Provide advanced technical research, writing, documentation oversight, and project coordination support to project teams. This role serves as a mid-level individual contributor responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements, while driving quality, consistency, and efficiency across documentation and project processes. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Perform work under minimal supervision. Receive direction on assignments, priorities, and deliverables. Lead complex research, technical writing, and documentation efforts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project and organizational objectives. Serve as a subject matter resource in research methodologies, technical documentation standards, and project coordination practices. Proactively identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.   At the Operational and Company Level Strengthen client relationships through delivery of high-quality, accurate, and professional research and documentation. Provide advanced support in contract compliance, documentation audits, and regulatory tracking (paralegal-style rigor). Partner with Project Managers, leadership, and accounting to support project financial performance, including invoice validation, project budget tracking, and cost documentation. Lead or significantly contribute to proposal development, contract documentation, and pricing activities, including drafting and editing complex technical and administrative content.
