The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies or other providers of debt financing) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions.
