Corporate/Trademark Paralegal

Fowler White has an immediate opportunity for a Corporate/Trademark Paralegal in its Miami office. Qualified candidates must be able to handle all aspects of U.S. trademark applications, foreign trademark maintenance, and convention-based applications, including substantial client interaction. Corporate paralegal experience must include formation of business entities, both domestic and foreign, drafting of resolutions, maintenance of company books. Other transactional experience desirable. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
