Associate Attorney – Corporate, M&A & Commercial Real Estate

Our firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing team helping clients in all aspects of their businesses. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate business transactions and commercial real estate, with the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners and clients.
