Corporate Associate

Shartsis Friese is seeking an associate attorney with at least two years (and no more than 5 years) of solid corporate transactional, M&A, and securities law experience for a partnership track position in our Corporate Group. The Corporate Group has an active practice covering a wide variety of corporate transactional and counseling matters including a substantial mergers and acquisitions practice, advising emerging growth companies, forming private investment funds, securities law counseling, intellectual property transactional matters, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial counseling. The anticipated annual base salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $230,000 to $310,000. The final annual base salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience, education, and other factors.
