Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Content Marketing to help execute a company-wide content strategy that supports brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue growth across the Firm. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product marketing, and growth, offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with business unit leaders and client account groups to drive market impact and revenue growth. The Director of Content Marketing will lead the firm’s content strategy and execution, overseeing the development of high-impact content that strengthens brand positioning, supports business development, and advances firm priorities. This role will build scalable content programs, partner cross- functionally with business development, marketing and business leadership, and serve as the steward of the firm’s voice and thought leadership in the market. This role reports to the Senior Director Marketing and Communications and plays a significant leadership role within the Client Development and Marketing team. Core Responsibilities Content Strategy & Execution Own the firm’s end‑to‑end content marketing strategy, including vision, priorities, themes, channels, and success metrics. Lead the development and execution of an integrated content marketing strategy that aligns with firm priorities, strengthens brand positioning, and supports business growth objectives. Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate impact. Build strategies to create and amplify firm thought leadership, including white papers, newsletters, client alerts, and marketing collateral, in collaboration with communications and branding teams to support client development efforts Thought Leadership & Brand Storytelling Build and scale a repeatable content engine, including editorial standards, production workflows, and governance models that ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Serve as steward of the firm’s brand narrative and voice across owned content channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and authority in the market Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into effective content strategies and initiatives.
