*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Conrad | Metlitzky | Kane is a fast-growing trial boutique founded by a trio of former Assistant United States Attorneys: Mark Conrad, Warren Metlitzky, and Miranda Kane. Our attorneys are trial lawyers who hail from top law schools and law firms. Our small size and efficient structure means that all our of attorneys are on the front line for our clients. We do not have a back bench; each lawyer at the firm is engaged with clients, and prepared to lead litigation, argue motions, and take cases to trial. As our caseload grows, we are looking to hire attorneys who share our passions: trying cases; making sure our clients’ stories are heard and understood; tackling diverse and cutting-edge litigation typically handled by larger firms; and working with dedicated, inquisitive colleagues. Senior Associate We view associate attorneys as the foundation of our firm’s future success. Senior Associates play an important role in developing client relationships and must demonstrate a superior commitment to client service. Applicants should have the following qualifications: •A sense of humor, camaraderie, curiosity, grit, and adventure •5 or more years of substantial civil litigation experience in state and federal trial courts •Federal judicial clerkship experience and civil trial experience strongly preferred •Outstanding academic and professional credentials, including strong references •Excellent legal research and writing skills •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Demonstrated leadership in community or bar association activities Senior Associates have the following responsibilities: •Draft and argue motions •Prepare and present trial testimony and argument •Take and defend depositions, including of expert witnesses •Brief and argue writs and appeals •Manage discovery, including complex electronic discovery •Participate in firm management and demonstrate a capacity for business development How to Apply To inquire about joining our team, please send a cover letter describing your interest in our firm and a copy of your resume to careers@conmetkane.com.
