We are seeking a Senior Litigation Project Manager to serve as the operational leader responsible for driving the execution of large-scale, high-stakes litigation. This role is critical in designing and implementing systems that ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time delivery across thousands of active matters. You will act as the central command point for all litigation operations: aligning attorneys, paralegals, clients and vendors while ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed. The total compensation range for this role is $81.600 – $121,000; commensurate with experience. About Us: We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm. Responsibilities: As the Senior Litigation Project Manager at our firm, you will: Design, implement, and continuously improve centralized litigation workflows across all phases (filings, discovery, motions, trial preparation) • Own execution by proactively tracking progress, enforcing accountability, and escalating risks before deadlines are impacted • Serve as the single source of truth for matter status, deadlines, risks, and workload capacity • Oversee intake, organization, and management of high-volume case files, evidence, and court filings • Maintain and manage a master calendar of deadlines, statutory requirements, and internal milestones • Coordinate large-scale discovery and document production eff
