Litigation Attorney: 2ND Year

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business litigation practice group in our Palo Alto office. Preferred candidates must have (i) 2 years of significant commercial litigation experience in a comparable law firm, (ii) superior writing skills and the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product, (iii) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
