Austin, Texas Job Description Pillsbury’s Austin office seeks a Legal Support Specialist to provide administrative support to all practice groups within the Austin office. This position supports Attorneys, Paralegals, and Legal Practice Coordinators with overflow work and helps to cover absences. Primary Responsibilities: Attorney time entry and editing pre-bills. Creating, revising, and formatting legal documents. Preparing expense reports, check requests, and new business memos. Mailings and creation of binders. Entering contacts and maintaining electronic files. Assisting with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings. Conducting research as needed. Providing back-up coverage for other Legal Support Specialists. Special projects as assigned. Successful candidate will have one to two years of legal administrative assistance experience. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal/administrative or professional setting. Professional organized self-starter with the ability to interact with attorneys, staff and clients at all levels in a fast-paced, challenging legal work environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical skills. Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
