Join our Legal Support Specialist team located in our San Francisco office. This position provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to five or more attorneys. Provides a wide range of administrative and document processing services in the Tax and Litigation departments. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed. This role will be based in our San Francisco office, on a hybrid basis, regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize litigation case files (electronic and physical), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm and court protocols Prepare, format, proofread, and process legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and correspondence Coordinate and execute e-filings in state and federal courts, ensuring adherence to jurisdictional rules and deadlines Maintain litigation calendars and track key dates, including court appearances, filing deadlines, and depositions Assist with discovery processes, including document collection, review, production, and organization Prepare deposition materials, exhibits, trial binders, and hearing notebooks Manage document databases, including scanning, coding, and organizing case materials for efficient retrieval Conduct basic legal and factual research to support case strategy and attorney requests Track and manage service of process and document deliveries, ensuring proper execution and documentation Support trial preparation, including coordination of logistics, materials, and scheduling Assist with preparation of tax-related legal documents, filings, and correspondence Compile and organize documentation for tax planning and transactional matters Prepare tax agendas, reports, and supporting materials for client matters Assist in assembling and maintaining closing binders and transaction records Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling of meetings, court appearances, and client engagements Handle time entry, matter o
