Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney

Vorys is currently seeking an attorney with three or more years of commercial real estate experience to join our dynamic real estate development team in our Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati or Akron office. Skills would include the ability to coordinate and supervise commercial real estate transactions involving sales and purchases, development activities, financing transactions and leasing (from both landlord and tenant perspectives). Ideal candidates will have experience drafting, negotiating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions. Candidates should possess strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package. Vorys’ salary scale for on-track associates in this market begins at $175,000.00, and increases on a non-lock-step basis according to individual experience and performance.
