The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience in the following:Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements (office, retail, industrial) and conveyance documentsReviewing and resolving title and survey issuesAll aspects of due diligenceConduct closingsInterpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
