Family Law Attorney

Terms of Employment: Full Time, In-Office Salary: Negotiable based on experience Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania Job Overview: Lamb McErlane’s busy Family Law Practice is seeking an experienced Attorney to assist with current high-volume case load. Areas of law include Child Custody, Divorce, Equitable Distribution, Support, Adoptions, Pre-Nuptial Agreements / Post-Nuptial Agreements, and Protection Orders from Abuse. You will have the opportunity to provide prompt and effective representation to clients, both individually and as a part of a team. You will be responsible for billing clients for your services provided in each case. You will be expected to provide case status to firm partners as needed. You will make court appearances on a regular basis. Qualifications: Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar 4 – 8 years minimum experience practicing as a Family Law Attorney is preferred Experience drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, etc. Ability to handle a high-volume case load Willingness to work as part of a team Lamb McErlane was recognized as one of the Philadelphia area’s Top Places to Work for 2020 & 2024 by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
