Why Join Us | DuPont Careers Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager Make an Impact Where Safety, People, and Operations Come Together We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site‑wide EHS and Industrial Hygiene (IHS) programs. This role is critical to creating and sustaining a safe, compliant, and high‑performing workplace across manufacturing, warehousing, laboratories, and administrative environments. As the site EHS leader, you will partner closely with operations and cross‑functional teams to embed safety into daily work, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong culture of ownership and accountability. What You’ll Do Safety Leadership & Culture Champion a proactive culture of safety , aligned with Integrated Operations and corporate EHS/IHS strategies. Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and standard work processes. Ensure effective application of EHS standards through clear role accountability, training, and coaching. Serve as the primary EHS liaison for third‑party providers and contractors. Operations & Execution Develop site EHS strategy, set priorities, plan resources, and align programs to business needs. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders to integrate safety into production planning and execution. Lead implementation of Management of Change (MOC) for EHS‑related activities. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, HAZMAT , and internal company standards.
