Litigation Associate

*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Williams Mullen is seeking a qualified litigation associate with 3-6 years’ experience to join our established litigation group in our Raleigh, NC office. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking significant responsibility on complex matters while working closely with a senior partner. Candidates should be comfortable with significant direct client interaction. 3-6 years’ experience managing a case load and litigation experience in State and/or Federal Court including deposition, drafting motions, discovery requests, and trial preparation and support. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Superior academic credentials highly preferred. Strong writing credentials are required. Must be currently licensed in North Carolina, or have a UBE transferable score from another state.
