Project Finance Associate – New York

Candidate should have 3-6 years (classes 2020-2023) of significant transactional experience in debt project finance AND/OR tax equity. Experience should include preparation, review and negotiation of financing documents (credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, collateral documents and other ancillary credit documents), AND/OR tax equity transaction documents (including equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC Agreements, tax credit purchase agreement and other ancillary documents relating thereto. Candidates should have significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (joint venture agreements, offtake, EPC, O&M, and/or other project agreements). The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
