Candidate Criteria Successful applicants should have 5 – 8 years of legal experience in business transactions, general corporate and commercial work, real estate, drafting, and agreement review. A good standing reputation in the legal community and licenses or willingness to license in North Dakota and Montana in required. Competitive salary and benefits for region.
