Corporate Partner OR Senior Counsel 10-15 Years

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Conn Kavanaugh seeks a seasoned Massachusetts-based attorney with 10 to 15 years of corporate law practice, to deepen and broaden the capabilities of the department. The department represents a broad array of closely held companies (and founders, executives, and investors) with headquarters in New England. The department’s work consists of about one-third mergers and acquisitions ($2.5MM to $50MM+), one-third formation and restructuring, and one-third general outside counsel/advisory work. Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in law firm Corporate/Transactional practice MA license and New England roots. Experience with early-stage companies, private equity, and early round corporate finance is a plus. Experience with commercial real estate transactions, finance, and leasing also is a plus. Portable Book: $250,000+ Work Environment: Hybrid, with three days (candidate’s choice) in the office, subject to demands of the practice. Support personnel or small group considered.
