Legal Assistants / Paralegals

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   We are looking for strong legal support in the areas of legal assistant and paralegal. Unlike many firms, we pair up our attorneys and legal assistants 1:1 to provide the best possible legal team for our clients. This will allow you to work on a limited number of cases and provide the most efficient, aggressive case handling. As part of the assigned team, you will be supported by our Service and Compliance Team who will provide training on E-Billing systems and client office guidelines and will assist you in the area of client relations. The assigned team utilizes a legal case management system that automates case management and enables greater efficiency and firm wide collaboration on service. The firm looks for Legal Assistants and Paralegals with a minimum of 3 years Insurance Defense experience. Ideal candidates must be able to handle cases from inception to close, be detail oriented and able to work independently. Proficiency in AIM is a plus.
