*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE Farella Braun + Martel’s rapidly growing employment practice seeks a skilled associate with one to three years of employment law experience, ideally in the technology, consumer products, financial services, renewable energy, or real estate industries. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to leverage their litigation experience and entrepreneurial spirit to resolve our client’s most pressing employment concerns in a highly interactive team environment. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $217,500 and $237,500. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of relevant experience and professional skills required for this role. Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health/welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical) and paid holidays. In-person attendance and collaboration enable us to provide excellent client service and is critical to an Associate’s professional development. This position is a flexible hybrid position requiring working a minimum 3 days on average in the San Francisco office.
