The scope of the role is global and extends across all Cytiva OpCos.</p><p></p><p>This position reports to the Director of PMO & Sales Effectiveness and is part of the Global Commercial Excellence function. This will be an on-site role.   </p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across all phases within the Commercial Excellence portfolio intended to drive improvements in 3 areas: 1) Return on selling time, 2) Ease of doing business and 3) Returning time back to sell.</li><li>Lead cross-functional project teams through project plans delivered on time, on budget and with minimal risk.</li><li>Assume responsibility for project updates at PMO Review with VP of Commercial Excellence and designated OpCo leaders.</li><li>Participate in the rollout of annual improvement priorities outlined in Strategic Plans and executed through Policy Deployment.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for Cytiva OpCo leaders on in
