This role can be based out of our Operations Center in Tampa, FL, or Dallas, TX. General Description: We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team! The Regulatory Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and strengthening the Firm’s compliance programs in our London office and supporting the International Privacy and Compliance Manager – EU/UK to ensure compliance-related risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored in alignment with regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Perform legal and regulatory research related to AML frameworks, including the management and enhancement of program controls and governance frameworks. Serve as primary compliance resource supporting the London AML program. Conduct ongoing analysis of US, Latin American, and UK AML obligations, including monitoring regulatory developments and supporting the drafting and maintenance of related policies and procedures, and make recommendations to advance the programs. Support U.S. and UK AML programs, including oversight and administration of Know‑Your‑Client (KYC) service platforms. Support the ongoing monitoring of the international data transfer program. Assist with the expansion and ongoing maturation of the firm’s AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery programs. Support the firm’s Government enclave (“HK Gov”) environment and associated workflows and procedures. Perform analysis of emerging AI laws and regulations, including U.S. state‑level and other relevant jurisdictional developments to ensure regulatory alignment. Maintain and update regulatory obligation trackers to support impact assessments, governance decision‑making, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Assist in gathering AML or general regulatory evidence for SRA audits, when applicable. Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law. Special projects and duties as assigned. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, or Microsoft 365. Required Qualifications & Education: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of professional compliance or AML experience. Preferred Qualifications & Education: Industry standard certification (CCEP, CCEP-I, CAMS) preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
