Corporate Business Attorney

Wood + Lamping, a mid-sized downtown law firm, seeks an attorney with portable business clients to work in our corporate & business practice group. Experience in securities, private placement and other types of securities offerings is preferred. Successful candidates will have graduated from a reputable law school with competitive class rank and/or proven success in these substantive areas. Admission to the Ohio bar is required.
