Patent Prosecution Attorney

The following qualifications are required: J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with independence Experience with client interactions and direct communications A strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations is required Excellent analytical and writing skills Bar admission in California USPTO bar membership is required Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required. Preference will be given to candidates who can join one of Maschoff Brennan’s offices located in Orange County (Irvine), Los Angeles or San Francisco, California.
