Coverage Attorney

The ideal candidate would have experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense and would have experience managing cases from beginning to end. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong civil litigation background with deposition and second-chair trial experience. Some travel is required, and all qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters Conduct legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings Well-versed in all types of litigation defense practices. Handle all aspects of cases assigned to them, from the inception of the matter to defending the case before a jury. Direct client contact and opportunities to market your skills and capabilities for additional work.
