Job Description About the Role Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 firm and the leading provider of global immigration services, is seeking an Immigration Knowledge Specialist to join its Knowledge Group. This role focuses on supporting the accuracy, quality, and consistency of immigration content that powers our immigration assessment tools and related Knowledge Management platforms. Working closely with Knowledge Managers and subject matter experts, the Immigration Knowledge Specialist updates and maintains country-specific business travel rules, workflows, and guidance used in proprietary systems such as the Business Visa Matrix, Nomadic, and other assessment tools. How will you make a difference as an Immigration Knowledge Specialist at Fragomen? Update, maintain, and validate business travel immigration content within proprietary immigration assessment tools based on detailed instructions from Knowledge Managers. Monitor changes and support content updates related to global business travel policies, documentation requirements, and procedural changes. Ensure consistency and data integrity across Knowledge Management platforms, including SharePoint, the Knowledge Center, AI-powered assistant, and other internal systems. Collaborate with Knowledge Managers and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, resolve inconsistencies, and support refinement of content structures or workflows. Participate in content quality checks, version control processes, and testing of updated assessment logic to ensure high-quality user experiences. Support the broader Knowledge Group in ongoing content initiatives, operational improvements, and research projects as needed. Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen: 1–2 years of business immigration experience or experience supporting immigration/mobility programs. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow structured processes with precision. Ability to analyze, interpret, and categorize large sets of legal and procedural information. Strong written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Curiosity and willingness to learn the intricacies of global immigration rules and digital knowledge systems.
