*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Litigation Associate Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our esteemed law firm. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex business disputes. Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases. Draft legal documents and motions, attend depositions, argue motions, and manage client communications. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, with opportunities to first and second-seat trials. Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases, ensuring top-notch client service. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active NJ state bar membership. 0-3 years of experience in the commercial litigation field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills, with demonstrated ability in depositions and motion arguments Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
