What We’re Looking For: Active California Bar License Minimum 1 year civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and case management. Experience with California Warranty Law, including the Song-Beverly Act and related statutes preferred, but not required. Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation. Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure. Proven track record of producing top-quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
