Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business litigation practice group in our Boston office. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations. The candidate must have (i) 5-7 years of significant litigation experience (ii) practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm (iii) project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality (iv) experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and business professionals (v) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. The expected annual pay range for this position is $365,000-$420,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
