Regular in-office presence may be required for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building, with hours varying by office. This role reports to the Director, Staff Integration. Position Summary The Staff Integration Coordinator provides advanced administrative support to the Talent Services Staff Integration team. The goal of the Staff Integration team is to provide newly hired professional staff with a positive and meaningful integration experience upon their arrival and throughout their first year of employment, ultimately leading to increased employee success, satisfaction, and retention. This position assists with the overall operations of the Staff Integration Program and identifies areas for improvement and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for employee engagement and a continuous improvement mindset to all aspects of the role. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities Ensures that new professional staff members are provided with opportunities and resources to fully integrate into the firm Assists with the promotion and education of the Staff Integration Program to relevant parties, including newly hired partners of the program such as Business Development professionals and Talent Services Managers, as needed Continuously evaluates the integration program to determine how to best adapt to program changes and feedback and provide offerings that are meaningful and valuable to new hires Serves as a point person for new staff hires' questions and helps familiarize them with firmwide systems, resources, and capabilities Coordinates and co-leads introduction calls with new staff, when requested Educates new staff hires on GT's unique culture, va
