Position Summary Berlin Patten Ebling is seeking a motivated and compassionate Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of family law matters and possess strong advocacy, communication, and case management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, timesharing, and related issues Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice to clients Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of family law experience Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Commitment to client service and professionalism Education & Licensure Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Florida Bar membership in good standing Benefits & Perks Competitive salary based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
