Consumer Financial Services Career Associate - Multiple Offices

Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking a career associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. Individuals with business litigation experience interested in practicing law with a nationally recognized group handling matters across the country are encouraged to apply. Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions, experience defending cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is preferred. This role will require independent case management, appearances, and managing others. Candidates must have strong academic performance and writing ability and be licensed and in good standing in their jurisdiction. The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
