L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, LLP (LBC&C) is seeking both an associate as well as an experienced attorney for our Melville, New York office. Founded in 1981, LBC&C has established itself as a prominent insurance defense law firm with a proven track record of successfully defending legal, accounting, business and design professionals. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
