You will provide consultation to our business leaders, HRBPs and other internal stakeholders on the full suite of people development related matters that drives organizational performance and business results Be responsible for creating a systemic approach in collaboration with critical stakeholders (Transformation team, CoCs (Centre of Competence), HRBP, business leaders) Support organizational changes and large-scale initiatives by providing consultation to leaders, enabling them to support employees’ adaptation to new processes, systems and cultures. Provide consultation on people development strategies in business growth and expansion, including, but not limited to, identification of roles, skills gaps and development plans Drive wholistic Global Employee Listening approach, provide consultation to leaders and contribute to employee engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives. Work closely with HR colleagues (HRBP, regional HR teams) and business leaders to ensure alignment of people development initiatives across different divisions, subsidiaries and cultures.
